My Year in Grade 5 was amazing an exciting I worked hard to do my best At the beginning of the year I was not confident in my self that much and now i am really confident in my self.
In writing I enjoyed writing my fantasy story I thought that it was great because I used all of the writing must haves for fantasy.
In Reading I enjoyed fantasy I thought my favorite unit was fantasy because my book was great.
This was my first year doing Eureka Math.
I thought math was fun because i really enjoyed the angles unit because
I enjoyed drawing the shapes and angles.
I thought math was challenging for me because i was knew to the whole system I learned about scaling factor I know I am really good at fractions And I know I need more practice on word problems.
I thought Science was really fun because of all the group work I enjoyed group experiments.
CORE Values. This was my first year learning about the year the Core Values. I think the most important Core Value to me is responsibilty because i think that if you are responsible it wont be so tough for you.
In Grade 5 I think the most challenging thing we did of all was persuasive writing because i never did it before.
In Grade 5 I think the most enjoyable thing we did of all was columbian exchange
because of the project we did in the end of the unit.
This year I am most proud of my improvement in stamina
because i got way better.
When I think about Middle School I feel excited
I know I must be responsible
I’m most looking forward to freedom and lockers and new teachers
I think one challenge might be project or assignments
But I will trey my best to persevere.
Do you feel confident now about solving meth with the new strategies you've learned this year?
Yes.
How do you think you can improve on your reading and writing stamina?
By reading every day for at least half an hour and pushing my self to read more when my time is up.
Are you enjoying CAC and your new group of friends?
Yes.
